Training using an exercise vibration machine is helping golfers everywhere to perform to their best ability.
Here's what Rory Sabbatini has to say about the Power Plate: "Over this past year, I have begun to address my fitness level and physical imbalances. This has directly led to better performance and higher finishes. The Power Plate® has become an important part of my transformation. I own a Power Plate® and recommend it to anyone serious about improving their game."
Vibration exercise machines can have a significant and positive impact on many aspects of golf fitness training, from stretching and flexibility to building up strength in the correct areas specific to golf.
Although Power Plate is probably the best known brand for vibration exercise platforms, there are now several other companies who produce vibration equipment just as good as the powerplate, specifically: Body Energizer, LifeSpan Fitness, Crazy Fit and Healthmark to name just a few.
