Nahid de Belgeonne opened her first cellulite-busting Power Plate studio in central London in 2007. "I didn't have any contacts in the fitness world," she tells Real Business. "So on the first day of launching Good Vibes, I picked up the phone and called every editor in London and every single person I knew to drum up interest. I didn't think about the challenges."
