That said, talk to her and try to find a compromise - like doing that part of your routine at a time when she is not home. You are well within your rights to utilize your rental space as you will, but along with that comes getting along peacefully with your neighbors. Talk to your landlord/super and explain the situation and see what he/she suggests.
